This week has been really intense regarding the presidential election. No matter who was chosen as our next president, they need prayer. We need to be on our knees praying for God to restore this country. Although Obama was not my choice for president, I will stand behind him and pray for God to lead him in all his decisions. My friend Jillian reminded me of the verse from 2 Chronicles that says:
"If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and heal their land." - 2 Chronicles 7:14
I remembered a song by Avalon that uses this verse and it really speaks to me, so I thought I would share it. Just remember to mute my music at the bottom of my page before you watch it.
