REALLY late vacation post.....

I forgot to post, but if you can't tell......yes, we are back from our anniversary trip and have been for over 2 weeks now! I have just been a TERRIBLE blogger (lazy really) and never blogged about it. Our trip was loads of fun, but I was glad to be back home. I did take some pictures, but I don't like any of them. =) I don't know what comes over me on vacation, but I just get so caught up in the moments that I forget to take pictures. And the ones I do take are of completely dumb things. I mean, who wants to see 20 pictures of dolphins and tigers and fake people???? Trust me....that sounds more interesting than it really is. The only two times I took out my camera was at the Secret Garden and Dolphin Exhibit and Madame Toussad's wax museum. We did not take a single picture of us together the whole time in Vegas....can you believe that?! I know....I'm terrible! I just was getting to the point in my pregnancy (12 weeks) where I didn't look pregnant, but was just bloated (or fat) enough to feel yucky. My pants were having a tough time buttoning and I was just uncomfortable in most of the clothes I packed. However, we had a wonderful time, didn't blow too much money, and enjoyed our time together. The highlight of our trip was going to see Kevin James and Ray Romano do stand up comedy.

These two kids are HILARIOUS!! Kevin James is a favorite of ours......we LOVE his show King of Queens! His stand up show was really good and not that "dirty". I was very pleased with his performance. Ray was funny too, but I just don't like him as much as Kevin. At the end of the show, we hear this voice on a microphone talking to Ray and Kevin and it sounds oddly familiar. He keeps on talking and then low and behold, Adam Sandler appears!!! He was on stage for about 10 minutes cutting up with the other guys and it was great! So, there's our trip in a nutshell. I apologize for not posting sooner.

And FYI, I go back to the doctor Tuesday for my 16 week appt. I'm very excited, but also very sad that I don't get to actually see my little ladybug/guppy/peanut/etc. I will get to hear a heartbeat though! I am feeling much better and my appetite has increased greatly since I am no longer in the first trimester. I just really can't wait to find out what the baby is so we can stop saying "it" and start saying "he" or "she"! And just MAYBE if you're lucky, I'll start posting some belly picks on here. I'm starting to see a little "pooch" now so I need to start taking pictures! Just keep praying that our little baby is safe and sound and healthy in my belly! Hope everyone is enjoying the weekend!
