Life is ALL GOOD!!!

I love life! All I wanted to do at church last night was thank God for all He has given me! I don't deserve any of the blessings He has given me, but I sure am glad he chooses to bless me anyway. =) I don't even know WHERE to start at! It's been a while since I've blogged and I have had LOTS going on since then. I guess I'll just talk about the two big things for now.

First thing (I KNOW you'd like to know the other big news first, but I'm gonna make you wait a bit!) is that I started a new job almost 2 weeks ago. I am now working in the outpatient world at the hospital. It's a BIG change for me, so it is taking me a while to get adjusted. I now work 5 days a week (8-5), no weekends or holidays! I really enjoy being off (and AWAKE!) in the evenings with the hubby, and I enjoy being able to go to church every Sunday with my family. Being off on the holidays isn't too shabby either!! However, getting used to waking up early every day is quite the adjustment. I have NEVER worked a 5 days/week job in my life! I've always worked on weekends and evenings/nights. I have been so exhausted here lately that I haven't felt like doing much of anything in the evenings. I contribute that partly to the new job, but also to the pregnancy. It's just a lot to get used to! But back to the new job.....I love the new job! My coworkers are super sweet and very patient with teaching me. It's not the same as my old group, but they are sweet. I really miss my old coworkers... that is really the only drawback to my new job. My 5T group will NEVER know how much they mean to me! I consider them more like family than coworkers. I really miss seeing them on a regular basis. =( BUT....I know we are close friends and will stay that way if I have anything to say about it!! I love you girls!!!! It makes me tear up just knowing that I don't see them everyday. Anyways....no time to get sad....I have exciting news!!!!

We know what our precious baby is!!!!!!!!!!! I was going to think of a creative way to announce it on my blog, but I'm just too tired to be creative. =) I have ultrasound pictures, but haven't had a chance to copy them and get them on here. Ready for it????? It's a

LITTLE PRINCESS!!!!!!!!

That's right! Kevin and I are going to be proud parents to a beautiful baby girl! I have some really cute ultrasound pictures that hopefully I will get around to putting on here soon (along with 2 belly pics I have yet to post!). She was not shy and wanted us to know her identity! We found out Tuesday. Kevin was with me, along with my mom, mother-in-law, and sister. We made the girls wait outside so Kevin and I could find out first and have that moment together. It was so special! She is going to be one loved little girl! I am THRILLED!!! I also learned at my appointment that I have gained 5 lbs in the past 4 weeks, which means I have gained a total of 5 lbs. Everything else looked great, and baby girl looked perfect! I am still floating on cloud nine and glad that my baby girl has an identity!! Now we can do some serious planning! I am 20 weeks today......halfway there! God is good.....all the time!!!

Well....I'm out for now.......it's 8:00.....almost bedtime for this old preggo!!! Haha!
