Hello! Well, I will officially be 12 weeks tomorrow and I gotta admit.....I'm not feeling too hot. I went to the doctor yesterday and everything looks great with the baby! Little lovebug's heartrate was 168 and beating strong!! I just LOVE hearing it when I go! =) My mom is convinced that with a heartrate this high, it's just GOT to be a girl! =) So....things are good with baby. With me however, I am having some major (to me at least) stomach issues. I had to leave work at noon today because I felt so nauseated, and sick. I think today is the worst I have felt so far. So.....please be in prayer for me tomorrow! Tomorrow we are leaving for Las Vegas!!! I am very excited to spend this weekend with my sweet husband on our 1st anniversary, but I'm VERY nervous about flying and feeling sickly on the flight. Please pray that we have safe travels tomorrow and that I don't get sick on the flight.....that would be TOTALLY embarrassing to me! Also, pray that the bad weather holds off long enough for us catch our flight on time. It is supposed to be bad weather tomorrow so I'm worried how that will go too. And if you know me.....I get frustrated when there is a kink thrown in my plans! We will be back LATE next Monday night and hopefully I can post some pictures of our trip on Tuesday. Just pray that we have a safe and healthy trip and that my stomach issues will resolve themselves SOON!!!! We love you all!

Ok, I guess now everyone knows that mom believes the baby ladybug is a little girl. Just remember the words of the song "You may be wrong, but you may be right." I guess we will find out soon enough and if I am wrong, I will say so . . . but if I'm right . . . I'm right!
However, it doesn't really matter to me and it really never has. I just pray that she/he is healthy. I know this is what everyone says but isn't that what everyone wants? She/he will have great parents who love each other, are followers of Christ, love to be in a crowd, and love to serve others. I hope she (there I go again, leaving out the he) has eyes full of compassion, gentle hands that calm the weary, a smile that warms a room, and a spirit of gentleness like her mommie. I hope she/he has a laugh that warms the heart, a voice that soothes the soul, and a servant's heart like her daddy. You two are going to be awesome parents! Love, Mom (Mimi, Gigi, Yaya, . . . )
AWWWW, I am sorry that you felt terrible yesterday and had to leave work. I am praying for safety and a great trip with NO sickness!!! Love you! Be careful!
I'm so sorry you aren't feeling well Heather. I remember those days, but shortly after my 12 week mark I started feeling a lot better. I'm going to have to go with Tammy and guess a girl too!! Of course, we all know that a boy would be great too, but you sound like me with my pregnancy in so many ways that I'm going with a girl as well!! Hope you guys have a fun and safe trip.
